You may be shocked to learn what's going on inside the city's building at 400 W. Superior. The city is looking for cash, but the way it's going about raising money in that building is, in a word, unfair. I've sat in the hearing rooms and have been amazed. There's no due process of law in these building code cases. It's Kafka in Chicago.
